This specially selected wine has been aged for 12 months in French and American oak barrels. The meticulous harvesting and hand selection of grapes has been made from very old vineyards. Complex and intense aromas of ripe red fruits, cassis with notes of black pepper and chocolate. Well structured, good body, soft and elegant tannins with a long and persistent finish that makes it a pleasure to drink. Excellent with pastas and all kind of meats.
