Tasting Notes

Purple coloured wine, with intense aroma of plum, raspberry, vanilla and chocolate hints. Aged in French and American oak barrels for 10 months to give complexity and elegance. Full bodied with velvety tannins and long finish. Excellent for pastas, risottos, mushroom – based dishes, blue cheeses and white meat.
