Nicely pale yellow wine with aromas of banana, vanilla and hints of pinapple. A small part of the wine laid in oak to add roundness and complexity. This enhance the lovely tropical fruit flavor and gives the wine richness and length on the palate.
Great with lobster, shrimps and similar seafood and fish dishes.
