This specially selected wine has been aged for 12 months in American and French oak barrels.
Ruby red with purple tints, it has red fruit berry aromas with hints of vanilla, toasted oak and chocolate. The tannins are soft and integrated making the wine a pleasure to drink now, although it will continue to improve over the next few years. Excellent with pasta, poultry and game.
